This tool is operated by Ansehn GmbH as the primary data controller. Ansehn is responsible for the collection, storage, and processing of all personal data submitted through this tool. Diconium acts as a data recipient for the purposes described in Section 5.

When you use the GEO Quick-Check, we collect the following data:

We do not collect IP addresses. Sessions run anonymously beyond the data you explicitly provide in the form.
To run the simulation, your persona description and conversation messages are transmitted to the following AI provider:
Only your persona description and conversation messages are transmitted to the AI provider. Your name, email address, and other personal identifiers are never sent to any AI provider.
For transfers to the USA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal transfer mechanism pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
If you check the optional consent box in the form, your first name, email address, company, and role will be shared with Diconium Group GmbH for the purpose of following up on your simulation results.
Diconium will only use this data to contact you about your GEO Quick-Check results. They will not add you to general marketing lists without further explicit consent.
To operate this tool, we use the following sub-processors. Each has been assessed for GDPR compliance. Where data is transferred to the USA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal transfer mechanism.

Transactional emails (your report) are sent via Resend (Five Five, Inc., USA). Follow-up sequences, if you opted in, are handled via Loops (Astrodon Corp., USA). Both providers process your email address solely for delivery purposes and are bound by Standard Contractual Clauses. Your email address is not used for any other marketing purpose without your explicit consent.
Your data is stored for 90 days after your simulation run, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted. If you wish to request deletion before that date, we will action it within 72 hours of receiving your request at hello@ansehn.com.

All user data is stored in a dedicated EU-hosted database (Neon, Frankfurt). All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Access to the database is restricted to authorized Ansehn personnel only.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated via the tool interface. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
